摘要: The energy transfer and luminescence properties in the Ce3+ Pr3+ co-activated Ca3Sc2Si3O12 (CSS) silicate garnet are studied our work. addition of exhibits a red emission around 610 nm green phosphor CSS:Ce3+, but amount incorporated into is very limited due to charge mismatch when substitutes for Ca2+ CSS. In order promote incorporation CSS lattices enhance component, Mg2+ Sc3+ site performed compensate residual positive caused by substitution Finally, white LED with color rendering index 80 correlated temperature 8715 K obtained combining single CSS:0.05Ce3+, 0.01Pr3+, 0.3Mg2+ blue-emitting InGaN chip.
