摘要: This study aims to investigate the repair of bone defects with prefabricated vascularized grafts and double-labeled marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in a rat model. BMSCs were separated from marrow. LTR-CMVpro-RFP LTR-CMVpro-GFP transfected into for vitro vivo tracking. BMSCs-RFP BMSCs-GFP induced endothelial progenitor (EPCs) osteoblasts (OBs). Rats divided five groups: Group A: prefabrication EPCs-RFP + in arteriovenous vascular bundle + secondary OBs-GFP implantation; B: EPCs-RFP + secondary C: D: implantation EPCs-RFP + implantation bundle + simultaneous E: demineralized matrix (DBM) (blank control). Among groups, A had fastest regeneration repair, regenerated highly resembled normal tissues; D also fast but was slightly slower than A. Therefore, EPCs-RFP plus bundle secondary could be best treatment defect.
