摘要: Vector subband coding (VSC) has been shown to be a promising technique for very low bit rate (VLBR) video coding. Good performance of VSC is achieved because the vector filter bank used in preserves intra- correlation while reducing inter-band and inter-vector correlations. Application VLBR with intra-frame only reported previously. In this paper, we describe an inter-frame scheme To reduce redundancy, most popular motion compensated prediction.
