摘要: The excellent results achieved by long-term therapy with anticoagulants in cases of coronary thrombosis and recurrent thrombophlebitis have been marred the occasional severe toxic reaction. Hematuria, gastrointestinal bleeding, hemoptysis are most commonly encountered complications. Toxic manifestations bishydroxycoumarin (Dicumarol) producing acute abdominal emergencies infrequently reported. Berman Mainella, 1 1952, reported five anticoagulant toxicity resulting symptoms, one which patient presented signs intestinal obstruction. At operation a hemorrhagic infarct jejunum was found resected. Mendelsohn Iglauer, 2 1953, two picture Both patients had free blood on peritoneal cavity; however, no obstruction found. following case represents rare instance caused overdosage bishydroxycoumarin. A 69-year-old man admitted to Seaside Memorial Hospital for third time
