摘要: Catalytic asymmetric carboncarbon bond-forming reactions in which thioamide and allylic cyanide functionalities play a central role are reviewed. These two share characteristic property of soft Lewis base, is key to the chemoselective activation triggering reaction. Recent advances cooperative catalysis allow for implementation this emerging class substrates series catalytic under proton transfer conditions.
