Method of managing copy operations in flash memories

摘要: Upon the arrival at a memory device of one or more data chunks associated with respective logical addresses, each chunk is assigned signature, stored in first location, and copied to second location. The copy signature that matches its parent chunk. Before erasing block includes chunks, it verified those have been copied, i.e., copies all block, matching signatures, exist device.
