摘要: This invention relates to a process for manufacturing composites and laminates reinforced with continuous or long fibers and/or filaments. The includes the subsequent steps of (a) forming preform reinforcing material by arranging green tape, ribbon, sheet cloth including number longitudinally oriented filaments which are spaced from each other uniformly distributed particles, bonded flexible binder, (b) removing converting major portion binder into matrix and, if applicable, (c) filling voids cavities material. Further, this chopped-aligned filaments, chopping tape ribbon as defined above, mixing chopped lubricant mouldings mixture any moulding method.
