摘要: A digital-to-analog converter comprising a set of identical DAC cells each including: (1) PNP bipolar current source transistor producing continuous output (equal values for all cells), (2) pair PMOS switches connected to the collector divert either ground line or corresponding node an R/2R ladder, (3) ladder circuitry maintaining full-scale voltage below predetermined level which keeps in saturated region their characteristics, and (4) make-before-break switch control close being activated prior opening other switch.
