摘要: Static and fatigue shear tests of steel–Ni bonds steel–Ti were carried out to obtain the relations between strengths bonding conditions. Ultrasonic measurements also made examine size bonded region (the estimated diameter). At interface bonds, no intermediate phase was observed. a thin layer intermetallic compound formed at lower temperatures but, higher temperatures, interlayer melted became rough. The intensity ultrasonic wave reflected from changed, depending on state interface. In cracks propagated along interface, strength proportional square diameter. tests, in thickness direction plate relation obtained life Fatigue distributions represented by two- three-parameter Weibull distributions.
