摘要: Primary hyperparathyroidism, a common endocrine disorder, is traditionally defined by hypercalcemia and elevated levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH). A newer presentation primary hyperparathyroidism has been described over the past decade, in which PTH but serum calcium consistently normal, absence secondary causes such as renal disease or vitamin D deficiency. Recognition this phenotype normocalcemic supports biphasic chronological time course some individuals are first followed development frank hypercalcemia. This review focuses on available literature regarding newly hyperparathyroidism.
