摘要: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) is a technique that has been used over the years in chemical analysis for identification of substances and one may be applied to characterisation microorganisms. The marked tendency Brucella towards variation smooth rough phase, together with laboriousness risk involved methods their identification, make classification difficult. We studied type strains different species biovars 11 isolates human origin melitensis, six corresponding biovar 1, 2 five 3. results linear discriminant performed using data provide an above 95% likelihood correct classification, half which are fact 99% vast majority strains. Only case B. melitensis 1 incorrectly classified. rest microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus, Strteptococcus pyogenes, Enterococcus faecalis, Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriticum, Clostridium perfringens, Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus Pseudomonas aeruginosa) have classified correctly all cases 80%. In graphic representation analysis, grouping these can seen clusters, include species. One comprises another abortus, wider made up suis. canis, ovis neotomae appear separate from previously described groups.
