摘要: Health economics has been at the forefront of developing analytic tools for measurement and explanation socioeconomic inequalities in health. These methods have traditionally applied only to cross sectional information. However, there is evidence that persist over time spite policies aimed promoting equal access combating social exclusion. It therefore clear attention must be paid dynamics health their relation characteristics, as revealed by longitudinal survey data.
