摘要: Characterizing regime transition in gas-fluidized beds is of fundamental importance for the successful applications fluidization technology. In this study, we show that a state-of-the-art two-fluid model has ability to correctly predict from packed bed fully bubbling fluidized beds. To end, have studied deep gas bed, which process shown much more clearly (see Figure 1) compared relatively shallow Particularly, transition, solidlike and fluidlike states can coexist. We conclude on basis visual observation, global pressure drop signals, local solid volume fraction cross-sectional averaged axial granular temperature profiles, radial particle velocity profiles. The presence coexisting phases be easily understood fact phase compressible.
