摘要: Controlling the release of drugs and other therapeutic molecules has great importance in novel drug delivery. Nanoparticulate systems have ability to control increase presence these compounds blood flow could convey them a specific position. Growth factors are endogenous peptide which begins cellular signals regulate activities. The main problem is instability bloodstream lack proper distribution systemic administration. Nanoparticles mainly nanocarriers overcome this play role intelligentization tissue engineering because their unique features, including creation physical protection collaboration with scaffolds cells. Due increasing use growth healing damaged tissues, application engineering, article number nanoparticles useful for few examples reviewed.
