摘要: The objective of our research is to improve the properties calcium-sulphate hemihydrate parts printed by binder jetting. In this paper, we show thermal treatment results when using temperature time ramps on binder-jetted ceramic without infiltrating. that mechanical are improved substantially. Two different cycles were investigated for their effect dehydration process CaSO4·½H2O infrared analysis. thermal-treated samples compared with respect porosity, surface roughness, compression strength and dimensional weight variation. proposed significantly improves in a short time, guaranteeing stability while providing good surface. This improvement offers great chance as functional components, example, casting field or medical sector (scaffolds).
