摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect post types and sizes on fracture resistance in immature tooth model with various restorative techniques. Bovine incisors were sectioned 8 mm above 12 below cementoenamel junction simulate model. To compare postand-core restorations, canals restored gutta-percha resin core, or reinforced dentin wall dual-cured composite, followed by placement D.T. LIGHT-POST, ParaPost XT, EverStick Post individually. All specimens stored distilled water for 72 hours underwent 6,000 thermal cycles. After simulation periodontal ligament structure polyether impression material, compressive load applied at 45 degrees long axis specimen until occurred. Experimental groups composite shown significantly higher strength than group without (p < 0.05). Most fractured limited cervical third roots. did not influence level when cement space filled composite. In addition, no statistically significant differences seen between customized standardized glass fiber posts, which spaces Therefore, root reinforcement procedures as teeth improved regardless sizes.
