摘要: Abstract From electron-spin-resonance investigations we show that the isolated, substitutional Mn2+ in diluted magnetic semiconductor Pb1−xMnxTe can be produced by ion implantation and subsequent annealing at temperatures lower than 340°C. Higher temperatures, which are employed regular crystal growth, cause a clustering of Mn.
