摘要: Efficient interference suppression techniques are needed to maximally utilize the potential gains of code-division multiple-access systems. In this letter, a receiver structure which combines multiuser detection (temporal filtering) and beamforming (spatial in multipath environment is considered. Following previous work, we model as linear matrix filter use minimum mean-squared error (MMSE) performance criterion. Motivated by high complexity optimum receiver, propose rank constrained temporal-spatial filters simpler near-optimum. The MSE minimized subject structural constraint, using an iterative algorithm based on alternating minimization. constraint narrows down solution space, helps solve optimization problem more efficiently. can be set appropriately system designer achieve desired tradeoff between complexity. Numerical results indicate that close achieved with simple structure, even highly loaded Adaptive implementation derived. A new adaptive scheme proposed combination minimization least mean squares methods. convergence properties investigated along effect number paths.
