摘要: The effective permittivity of samples barium titanate with porosities up to 40% v/v. has been determined, and an explanation given in terms Wiener's mixture law. It is shown that the values form factor this law can only be predicted certainty over ranges 0-30% 70-100% porosity, takes intermediate 30-70% porosity region. observed are accordance hypothesis.
