摘要: Abstract Hyaluronic acid (HA), a multi-functional material, has high dispersion in molecular weight, and the functions of HA are determined through size. Nevertheless, hyaluronic mixtures not easily separated due to their polydispersity. In this study, capillary electrophoresis strategy was developed for resolution different molecular-weight without enzymatic digestion. Here, with low weight (380 kD; LHA) (2180 HHA) were successfully resolved by SDS integrated polymer electrophoresis. By optimizing experimental conditions, separation LHA HHA completed within 14 min. The optimal conditions as follows: running buffer 25 mM borate (pH 9.75) containing 30 mM 10% polyethylene glycol (MW: 8000); applied voltage 20 kV (detector at cathode side) temperature set 25 °C. data method validation showed that calibration plots linear (r ≥ 0.9977) over range 10–50 μg/mL LHA, 40–200 μg/mL HHA. evaluation precision accuracy method, RSD RE values all less than 4.2%. This fascinating technique quality control cosmetic pharmaceutical ratios HHA, it feasible serving tool quantitatively analyze sizes clinical survey.
