摘要: Discovery of the galactosylglycerols in wheat flour lipids by Herb Carter and his colleagues (Carter et al., 1956, 1961) engendered interest membrane lipid components our diets. Being major chloroplasts (Benson 1959) their remarkable linolenate component stimulated concern for membrane-lipoprotein interactions evolutionary relationships such structures. Most these questions remain unexplored.
