摘要: This study investigates the modification of UV-A radiation for enhancing growth rate Synechococcus species in a simulated photobioreactor made UV-stabilized polycarbonate (PC) plates. Uvitex OB as was dissolved poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)-based resin and mixture applied coating to shift photosynthetically active (PAR). The feasibility applying PMMA-based resin, which used fluorescent layer PAR range, explored. For this purpose, variety concentrations were prepared coated on PC sheets placed between source culture flask. Compared uncoated sheet, panels with few number wavelength shifter caused an approximately 4-fold increase cell during same period.
