摘要: The emergence of a globalized and integrated network economy in recent years has generated broad interest studies which attempt to identify the opportunities challenges offered by these developments. Consequently, relevance advanced systems transboundary complex nature arisen (see, e.g., Batten et al. 1995; Domanski 1999; Fischer Nijkamp 1999), together with awareness that next century promises better understanding behaviour economic social systems.
