摘要: A growing concern for the high consumption of antibiotics in aquaculture has initiated a search alternative methods disease control. Improved resistance against infectious diseases can be achieved by use probiotics. The objective present study was to evaluate influence some probiotics on immune response O. niloticus. experimental fish were divided into three groups, first group fed diet supplemented with dead Saccharomyces cerevisae yeast, second live Bacillus subtilis and Cerevisae third served as control probiotic-free diet. Six weeks later results indicated that, groups which received revealed significant increase non specific detected vitro phagocytic activity test. Histologically, spleen liver showed great activation melano-macrophage centers kupffer cells. probiotic challenged pathogenic microorganisms.
