摘要: This review summarizes the result of second round nominations for IASPEI Preliminary List Significant Precursors. Currently this contains five cases precursors: (1) foreshocks, (2) preshocks, (3) seismic quiescence before major aftershocks, (4) radon decrease in ground water, and (5) water level increase. A list four that could not be accepted nor rejected by panels reviewing them three on crustal deformations one quiescence. In 10 were evaluated, nine new ones which had been considered previously. Two List, two placed category undecided cases. To date, a total 40 have evaluated IASPEI. For 37 these nominations, mail reviews, panel opinions, and, where supplied, author's reply published. evaluation process remains active throughout International Decade Natural Hazards Reduction. Additional are invited.
