摘要: Abstract The inclusion complex of Triptonide (TN) and 2,6-dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin (DM-β-CD) was prepared by saturated aqueous solution method. TN/DM-β-CD characterized Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), the possible mode inferred 1H nuclear magnetic rosonace (NMR) 2D ROESY. Job's plot showed that ratio host guest 1:1. stability constant 2891 M−1 determined UV absorbance spectra. result DM-β-CD able to solubilize TN level as high 2.7 mg mL−1. water solubility increased 150 times. In vitro release experiments cumulative rate reached 70% in 12 h, while 120 h. had important applications medical field with higher activity, lower toxicity.
