摘要: In an effort to assess the taxonomic identity of large-scale samplings nematodes from Konza Tallgrass Prairie, we sequenced a portion 18S rRNA gene and its associated internally transcribed spacer (ITS1) 74 encompassing four families. From these sequences, have developed series molecular probes distinguish 16 distinct microbivorous nematode taxa. Using combination low power microscopy taxon-specific real-time probes, were correctly assigned their respective groups. This optimized method provides high-throughput assay determine identities across larger data sets.
