摘要: There is a growing interest in knowing the relationship between biological maturation and sport performance-related variables of young athletes. The objective this study to analyze maturation, physical fitness, kinanthropometric athletes during their period, according sex. systematic review meta-analysis followed Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) statement search protocol was registered PROSPERO, code: CRD42020208397. A through PubMed, Web Sciences, EBSCO databases performed. total 423 studies were screened 13 included meta-analysis. completed by using mean standard deviation each variable status (early, on time, or late). Differences depending found with better results advanced maturational groups male population (standard difference (SMD) = 0.17-2.31; p < 0.001-0.05). males (SMD 0.37-2.31; 0.001-0.002) height body mass females 0.96-1.19; 0.001). In conclusion, early group showed higher values highlighting importance process talent selection programs. Despite that, more research needed clarify other female populations changes muscle bone processes both sexes.
