摘要: The promoter region of the human dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH) gene was analyzed in transgenic mice to identify DNA sequences responsible for tissue- and cell-specific expression gene. Transgenic were generated that carried Escherichia coli lacZ under control DBH fragments between 0.6 5.8 kilobases (kb) length. Sequences required adult fetal noradrenergic neurons located 1.1 kb 5′ transcriptional start site. this farther upstream also directed dopaminergic noncatecholaminergic brain repressed by negative elements elsewhere results indicate neuron- specific is mediated positive regulatory but are restrict proper subset neurons.
