摘要: Abstract The aim of this study is to describe the successful treatment a synovial hernia associated with digital flexor tendon sheath (DFTS) in 17-year-old pony. pony presented left forelimb lameness and multiple unusual swellings palmar plantar aspect fetlock. was isolated swelling close proximity DFTS using diagnostic analgesia, on imaging, found be DFTS. resolved after percutaneous drainage intralesional corticosteroids atropine pressure bandaging. Reports hernias horse are rare. This difference should considered when cases exhibiting similar clinical signs.
