摘要: Abstract The thermodynamics of enantioselectivity, −ΔD,L(ΔG), −ΔD,L(ΔH), ΔD,L(ΔS) and Tiso, have been determined by gas chromatography employing the concept retention increment R′ for inhalation anesthetics enflurane (1), isoflurane (2) desflurane (3) selector octakis(3-O-butanoyl-2,6-di-O-n-pentyl)-γ-cyclodextrin (4) in polysiloxane SE-54. It is shown that separation factor α concentration dependent. Therefore, should not be employed as a criterion enantioselectivity diluted systems. −ΔD,L(ΔG) data 1 4 are corroborated 1H NMR spectroscopic measurements.
