摘要: This paper describes an O.R. approach designed to assist management in the task of identifying and subsequently quantifying potential areas for improvement effectiveness maintenance. It is argued that information commonly collected made available inadequate when compared against true requirements associated with this process. A survey technique incorporating collection analysis subjective data was as a means by which overcome shortcoming. described within context two industrial case studies. The results obtained from studies are discussed detail, together problems arose practice regard design implementation methods described.
