摘要: Liposarcoma of the larynx is an extremely rare malignancy. Only 18 cases have been reported in literature. We herein report first case primary liposarcoma supra-glottic a 53-years old male patient successfully treated with radiotherapy August-September 1992. He currently remains free disease 4.5 years since initial diagnosis.
