摘要: One important point in microflow study is the correct consideration of Knudsen layer. In addition to many complexities behind numerical simulation layer near solid walls, there are serious uncertainties at microchannel inlet (the which flow enters microdomain). major difficulty appearance two singularities corners section. They seriously affect solution entrance region microchannels lengths comparable with their hydrodynamic developing zones. Although macro problem has been largely investigated, little attempt issue microdomains. this research, we use our experience solving entry-flow problems and extend it suitably applications. To avoid achieve more realistic conditions real inlet, implement suitable boundary far upstream channel.
