摘要: Abstract Motions related to protein–protein binding events can be surveyed from the perspective of Database Macromolecular Movements. There are a number alternative conceptual models that describe these events, particularly induced fit and pre-existing equilibrium. is evidence for both alternatives recent studies conformational change. However, there increasing support equilibrium model, whereby proteins found simultaneously exist in populations diverse conformations.
