摘要: Palliative care is developed primarily outside academic institutions and with a primary focus upon service development. Initiatives to formalise the research structure were taken in Europe 1996 by European Association for Care (EAPC) through establishment of EAPC network, 1998 United Kingdom palliative society. Most studies conducted cancer up now have been small descriptive without necessary quality give input into evidence based medicine.
