摘要: Low frequency vibration measurements in a composite material using embedded polarimetric sensor are presented this paper. A glass fiber reinforced sample is fabricated with two different types embedded it. The types of sensors based on polarization maintaining photonic crystal fiber (PM-PCF) and Panda fiber. frequencies amplitudes measured the sensors and results from both compared. Analysis limitations measurements over PM-PCF carried out presented. It found that for high amplitude measurements, PMPCF based offer wider linear range more suitable than sensors. is envisaged studies will provide important information to end-users selecting an appropriate sensor for materials.
