Depression among Swedish adolescents measured by the self-rating scale Center for Epidemiology Studies-Depression Child (CES-DC)

摘要: The self-report questionnaire Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Child (CES-DC) was used screening depression in Swedish 16-17 year olds during their first high school. Completed questionnaires were produced by 2272 students (92% of the population). mean score 13.2 (boys 9.9; girls 16.5). Factor analysis gave same factors boys and with a strong main factor depressed mood. High scores 30 or above found 240 cases (10.3%). Of those, 204 (85%) number controls low interviewed Diagnostic Interview Children Adolescents (DICA-R-A). Depressive diagnosis last confirmed 71% 15% scorers. Beck's inventory cut off at 16 material equal result. Used CES-DC specific enough discovering depressive disorder.
