摘要: The synthesis of a network cross-linked multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) on cysteamine-functionalized screen-printed gold electrode (MWNT/Au-SPE) and its use as sensor for hemoglobin (Hb) determination is reported. It proved to be ready-to-use platform routine clinical analysis in the blood after separation red cells. study shows direct electron transfer between Hb-FeIII Hb-FeII applying potential difference which beneficial detecting presence Hb solution. characterization MWNT-embedded was accomplished through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, field emission scanning microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), Raman optical profiling, cyclic voltammetry. EIS studies show reduction value surface charge resistance (Rct) from MWNT/Au-SPE (−2.72 kΩ) bare Au-SPE (−24.38 kΩ), respectively. showed better characteristics, kinetic revealed heterogeneous rate constant (ks) 1.26 s−1. electrochemically active area also increased 100 times (2.41 × 10−6 cm2) (2.052 10−4 cm2). sensitivity found 20.50 μA g−1 dl linear range 9–15 g dl−1 lyophilized Hb. extremely sensitive samples with 38.75 same range.
