摘要: Can the collectivistic culture of an organization help manage tension between explorative and exploitative innovation? Though recent studies have suggested contextual approaches to cope with tension, we still lack understanding regarding whether organizational can be a context vehicle in solving consequently enabling ambidextrous innovation.
