摘要: Simultaneous studies were made as to the degrees of Heinz body formation, change in hemoglobin and osmotic fragility erythrocytes incubated with certain drugs which are known produce bodies vivo. Certain factors that modify pattern effect on normal adult also studied. A close relationship was found between production "intact" destruction. Factors caused variation degree destruction similar production. Staining suggested protein nature derived from hemoglobin. These observations taken indicate probably result direct intra-erythrocytic hemoglobin. β-naphthol primaquine cause marked increase relative destruction, whereas acetyl phenylhydrazine produced relatively little fragility. regarded evidence is not sole determinant instability exposed these various drugs. Under no experimental conditions or without methemoglobin formation. Evidence presented could be inhibited by trapping cyanide azide. The suggestion advanced fact an essential stage formation bodies.
