摘要: Since it has been well recognized that reproductive technologies, such as cryopreservation and sex-sorting, have a detrimental impact on sperm quality. These procedures cause membrane destabilization which resembles of capacitation. The pathways this complex biochemical event are slowly unravelling, including the vital role coating decoating factors surface. Characterization these is leading to development novel surface manipulation techniques stabilize during handling. possible application for assisted pig reproduction discussed.
