摘要: Abstract We experimentally demonstrate a novel all fiber-optic temperature sensor using Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanosheets coated D-shaped fiber (DSF). The DSF exhibits strong evanescent field interaction with the MoS2 which in turn has good optical absorption that results very high sensitivity. In addition, few layer exhibit thermal conductivity and therefore highly suitable for sensing. proposed was investigated range of 26 °C - 83 °C achieved maximum output power variation 7 dB. Further, experimental show an ultrahigh sensitivity 0.1211 dB/ ∘ C, linear correlation coefficient 99.6 % better precision 0.04 °C. Therefore, is capable measuring dynamic temperatures harsh environment.
