摘要: The present study was conducted to examine the effects of bio-priming with plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on germination radish (Raphanus sativus L.) seeds under different saline (NaCl) conditions. Three cultivars ('Antep', 'Beyaz', and 'Siyah') were used as material 5 bacteria strains (Agrobacterium rubi strain A 16, Burkholderia gladii BA 7, Pseudomonas putida 8, Bacillus subtilis 142, megaterium M 3) applied priming agent. effect PGPR percentage conditions varied cultivars. Applications significantly improved seed These results suggested that could be useful obtain higher percentages in radish.
