摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the hemodynamics focal choroidal excavations (FCEs). Four eyes four patients with a FCE were studied. Indocyanine green angiography (ICGA), laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG), optical coherence tomography (OCT), and multi-focal electroretinography (mfERG) performed morphological functional changes. mean depth determined by OCT 222.5 ± 49.5 μm range 164–272 μm. In one case, subretinal fluid observed in excavation, three cases, not observed. ICGA showed hypofluorescence, (LSFG) decreased blood flow at excavation all cases. Three cases symptomatic, amplitudes mfERGs reduced. FCEs cause decrease flow. depressed over leading symptoms.
