摘要: This paper presents an experimental investigation of chatter phenomenon in high speed milling (HSM) hardened steel using a sound level meter (SLM). A comparison various sensors (dynamometer, accelerometer, SLM) is carried out. It found that the signal from SLM provides distinct, and many instances best to identify chatter. method judge machining stability by FFT analysis audio proposed based on experiment.
