摘要: Diamagnetic splitting of Rydberg atomic states in weak magnetic fields is studied. The zero-order perturbation equation solved by the discrete WKB method, quantum defect taken into account through boundary condition. Effects tunnelling are considered. A semiclassical quantisation condition obtained determining eigenvalues as functions numbers, field and defects atom question.
