摘要: A morphological and immunohistochemical study of periodontal tissues was performed in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis who underwent dental implantation. We studied 44 biopsy specimens from 21 (13 women 8 men) aged 35–60 years a diagnosis periimplantation mucositis (7 patients), periimplantitis (8 patients), severe (6 patients). It established that differs by more pronounced inflammatory reaction clear predominance plasma cells the infiltrate, which captures fibrous capsule around implant, destroys it further spreads to bone tissue. Based on differences SMA, VEGF, Ki-67, is concluded are successive stages progression same process. When comparing periimplantitis, latter shows much destructive processes area due addition immune inflammation, impaired regeneration processes, destruction
