摘要: This study is the first to incorporate comprehensive regional factors into analysis of variations apartment rent in a particular metropolitan area. A Geographic Information Systems (GIS) procedure developed generate variables for analysis. Results show that not only individual apartment’s characteristics, but also are important determining rents.
