摘要: Any detailed study of T-cell development within the thymus requires, as a first step, ability distinguish subpopulations lymphoid cells which may be steps along developmental pathway. About 95% adult murine thymic lymphocytes can assigned to one four discrete summarized in Table 1. These major subpopulations, and many their surface markers, have been recognized for some time, recent application multiparameter flow cytometric analysis (Scollay Shortman 1983) has merely served emphasize how clear cut this four-way division be. This subdivision is obtained follows.
